Web Application for a large UK Public Service
SCOPE
Work Management is a web application designed to help managers and workers of the service to manage their work quickly and efficiently.
The work management application is a role-based, secure system with many different permission levels. These access levels can be altered depending on roles within the team via the application. Using the application, managers (team leaders) can support their teams, review statistics, raise work processes and allocate work to administrators.
Administrators have the ability to progress cases through the system via stages and manage any correspondance related to the work in one place, to eliminate the risk of missing information (this includes raising actions for missing documents or further information, sending emails to other workers linked to the original work request and arranging events in an open diary).
